Abstract Bitsy is a highly miniaturized spacecraft with dramatically reduced costs both of the satellite and its launch. Low cost means your highly specialized applications and tightly focused missions can be cost effectively flown. Bitsy is designed to be ready for flight just a few months after order, is highly rugged and its extensible architecture accommodates a full range of mission requirements. You can operate Bitsy from your own PC or Macintosh based ground station, or AeroAstro can provide ground station services accessible via the Internet. Developed for the US Air Force, Bitsy is now available for commercial applications in remote sensing, communications, space science and astrophysics, space testing and certification.
