Abstract A new opportunity is offered by ESA to apply for acquisition of CHRIS PROBA hyperspectral data in 2005! PROBA, as from 2005, will be handled under the ESA Third Party Mission Scheme. It carries the Earth Observation payload CHRIS (=Compact High Resolution Imaging Spectrometer), a hyperspectral instrument with the objective to collect BRDF data for a better understanding of spectral reflectance.
