| Abstract |
The Thematic Mapper (TM) is one of the instruments aboard the Landsat-5 (more info here) satellite, while the Enhanced Thematic Mapper (ETM+) is flown on the Landsat-7 (more info here) mission. Landsat's Global Survey Mission is to establish and execute a data acquisition strategy that ensures repetitive acquisition of observations over the Earth's land mass, coastal boundaries, and coral reefs.
This collection provides access to an online collection of Landsat scenes over Europe and is intended for 'Catagory 1' use according to the ESA data policy. The data are available as follows:
- LANDSAT 5 Thematic Mapper (TM) System Corrected Pre-Flight Radiometric Correction and Cubic Convolution resampling Product (LANDSAT.TM.SCPRCC)
- LANDSAT 7 Enhanced Thematic Mapper (ETM+) System Corrected Pre-Flight Radiometric Correction and Nearest neighbour resampling product (LANDSAT.TM.SCPRNN)
All data are in CEOS format.
