POLinSAR: Workshop on Applications of SAR Polarimetry and Polarimetric Interferometry

Abstract The European Space Agency has awarded, in the framework of the General Studies Programme, two studies on the benefits of SAR Polarimetry and Polarimetric Interferometry (POL-inSAR) for applications development. The successful launch of the Envisat ASAR in March 2002 is demonstrating the interest of multipolarisation for new applications development.The Workshop is open to ESA Principal Investigators and scientists working in the field of SAR Polarimetry and Polarimetric Interferometry (POL-inSAR), and to representatives from national, European and international space agencies.
