Abstract Three years after the first workshop, as the Gravity Field and Steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer (GOCE) mission is nearing its launch, the European Space Agency (ESA) is organising its third International GOCE User Workshop, which will be held at ESA-ESRIN, Frascati, Italy from 6 to 8 November 2006.
