Minimize Floods in Passau, Germany

This Pléiades image recorded on 05 June 2013 shows the severe flooding of the Bavarian city Passau.

In the historic city centre of Passau the rivers Inn, Danube and Ilz converge. Following several days of severe rainfall the water levels reached 12.85m, overflowing the highest recorded historic flood level.

In the image the flooding of the city's water front and large parts of the streets in the city centre is clearly visible.
